Yes, we are licensed, bonded, insured and certified by the NNA. Furthermore, we are commissioned to provide notary services in California and hold certifications by the National Notary Association, Loan Signing System and Notary Academy to further our knowledge of the entire notary signing process!
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, Zelle, Venmo, and other electronic payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

At this time, we do not provide remote online notarization services as the state of California does not allow it.

You’ll need:
• The complete, unsigned document(s) (Note: please do not sign in advance).
• A valid United States government-issued photo ID (i.e. driver’s license, passport, state-issued ID) that states your full name or the name stated on the document.
• Any additional signers or witnesses required by the document.
We can notarize documents written in another language, but both the signer and notary must be able to communicate effectively in English. The notarial certificate will always be completed in English.
