Yes, we are fully commissioned by the state of California and carry Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance for your peace of mind.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, Zelle, Venmo, and other electronic payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Fees vary depending on the type of document, the number of notarizations, travel distance, and time of day. Contact us directly for a customized quote.
At this time, we do not provide remote online notarization services as the state of California does not allow it.
Yes, we offer last minute appointments based on availability. Please call us directly at (904) 891-8040 for urgent requests.
You’ll need:
• The complete, unsigned document(s) (Note: please do not sign in advance)
• A valid United States government-issued photo ID (i.e. driver’s license, passport, state-issued ID)
• Any additional signers or witnesses required by the document
We can notarize documents written in another language, but both the signer and notary must be able to communicate effectively in English. The notarial certificate will always be completed in English.
